I was sent the wrong machine

I purchased the Orbitrek x17 Elite package with the bonus body massager and have received the wrong machine. I have tried all phone numbers to customer service and cannot get through. I have tried to send your company various emails since assembling and realizing the error. I am having difficulty getting in touch with anyone who can help me. In addition to this I was offered a $600 discount and upon entering the discount code the system altered it to $500. In addition to this I have not received the bonus body massager. I am having difficulty getting appropriate help to correct these issues. Several emails to customer service have come back undelivered, several phone numbers for service are out of order. Can someone please help me...I need to exchange the machine for the correct one, alter the discount code and need the bonus body massager sent to me. I ordered the elite x17 ma Hine and only received the basic one. My order number is CA-638488782337044705.
